This policy applies to all purchases made at MrBeanx online. Our hassle-free return policy is part of our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way. Exchanges will only be facilitated for goods purchased through www.mrbeanx.com.
Exchange And Replacement Policy :
Please note that all exchange requests must be accompanied by any of the following Proof of Purchase:
1. The original receipt must be provided for exchange/replacement.
2. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, with all price tags attached.
3. Exchange and Replacement will be accepted within three days only.
4. In case of item return, only store credit will be provided.
5. If a product that needs to be exchanged is not currently in our stock, it cannot be credited.
6. We reserve the right to reject exchange or return requests.
No claims shall be entertained if, :
1. No claims of exchange/replacement of products bought on the website will be catered at any physical store of MrBeanx in any city.
2. Products purchased from MrBeanx stores will not be entertained at our online store in any way (Exchange or Replacement).
3. No claims will be accepted on products that have been previously replaced or exchanged.
4. If a product is damaged by the consumer, it will not be exchanged or replaced.
5. Any product that comes back without a receipt will be refused.
6. Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.
7. Any consumable item that has been used.
8. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
9. Items that are returned without original packaging or accessories.
10. Goods and items purchased on sale or other promotions are not eligible for replacement or exchange, unless you have received damaged goods.
11. Custom made or altered items. Any personalized products will not be exchanged or catered.
12. No returns on online store credit.
13. You can return a product within 3 days from the date of purchase (Terms and Conditions apply).
CASH ON DELIVERY SERVICE
1. You can now order online and pay cash at your doorstep!
2. We now offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as an option for payment in your local currency “PKR.”
3. When placing your order, choose “Cash on Delivery” as your preferred payment method. Print your order confirmation until you receive your order.
Please note :
4. Due to daily fluctuations in the Dollar ($), product prices may vary and can be confirmed at the time of delivery.
5. Prices may vary for some areas/cities.
6. Orders placed after 07:00 PM will be delivered on the next day in selected cities (Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi, Islamabad).
7. For all orders, a flat Rs. 50 delivery charge will be applied.
8. For out-of-city orders, a flat PKR 150 delivery/shipment charge will be applied only if the product weight is within 5 KG. Above 5KG to 10KG, charges are PKR 300; 10KG to 20KG, charges are PKR 900; 20KG to 30KG, charges are PKR 1200, and 30KG to 50KG shipment charges PKR 1500 will be applied on COD.
9. Delivery of out-of-city orders will take place in 3 to 5 working days.
10. We don’t allow/process bulk buying online as per company “SOPS.”
11. Upon delivery, the carrier will collect the due amount for the order total, including handling fees.
12. Payment for COD will only be accepted in the local currency (PKR).
13. Payments through COD, refunds, and exchanges can be done at physical stores only.
14. We do not offer refunds; however, in special cases, we offer online store credit for the amount spent minus delivery charges.
15. We reserve the right to suspend, hold, or cancel an order if we deem it necessary.
Credit And Debit Card Policy :
Dear customers, Card Verification is mandatory to ensure consumer safety. We may collect/need the ID card of the cardholder at the time of delivery or, in some cases, before the delivery. We do not offer a refund; however, in special cases, we offer online store credit for the amount spent minus delivery charges. In any case, if a product is not available, the remaining items will be shipped, and a voucher will be issued equal to that product amount minus shipping charges.
