General FAQs
You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order number and summary to your email as well as on you provided phone number. Order summary will also be stored to your account as well.
By ordering online you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could be a huge time saver. At online we also provide Same day deliveries.
Currently we support COD (Cash on Delivery) and Credit Card on delivery payment methods. Online payment methods are in the pipelines and shall be integrated soon.
For all orders, Flat Rs.50 Delivery Charges will be charged.
But please be advised that
For out-of-city orders Flat PKR 150 delivery/shipment will be charged only if product weight is within 5 KG. Above 5KG to 10KG charges are PKR300, 10KG to 20KG charges are PKR900, 20KG to 30KG charges are PKR1200 & 30KG to 50KG shipment charges PKR1500 will be charged on COD.

You can initiate your request for a refund or replacement within 3 days of delivery. You must have proof of purchase and the condition of the product should not be opened or used.
You can choose from the calendar a date withing the next 10 days in which you require a delivery.
Payment Information FAQs
We know the easiest way to pay for your online shopping in Pakistan and online deals are with cash. To enjoy this payment option, simply select the “Cash on Delivery” option when you book your order. You will receive a call from customer care before your product is sent to your door, giving you more than enough time to have the cash ready.
Our Customer Support Representative might ask you to submit a certain portion of the total amount as advance payment on selected products for confirmation purpose.
If you have a credit card, we have another exciting option available for you. Simply choose to pay via credit card and enjoy a hassle-free payment.

If you’re more comfortable paying with your online bank account, we give you the freedom to do so. During checkout, simply choose “bank transfer” as your mode of payment.
